Is this how you want recruiters and hiring managers to see you?
ProMatchers had a great opportunity to not look like this in their social media posts. Two ProMatch members who are photographers set up a studio at ProMatch and took portrait photos of 71 ProMatchers. They now have professional quality photos for their social media posts. Why should you? LikedIn tells us that those profiles with photos are 7 times more likely to be clicked on than those without photos. A Ladders study using eye tracking with recruiters showed that the first place recruiters looked was at the photo and they spent 19% of their viewing time there. In decreasing order of time they then looked at the current job, education and then the other sections.
Be at the top of your job search game – have professional photos for your social media sites.
